Please understand when canceling without proper notice, I miss the opportunity to fill your time slot, and other clients miss an opportunity to receive my services. ~ As a courtesy, all clients will receive a confirmation text 3 days before your appointment, and a reminder text 24 hours before your appointment. Please be sure to confirm your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice are subject to being charged 75% of your service cost. You will be notified prior to being charged. This is non refundable, and must be paid in order to reschedule. *ALL color services require a non-refundable booking fee. If you do not cancel within 48 hours, your fee is forfeited and must be paid again to rebook. -If you are late to your appointment, you may be considered a “no-show,” receive a partial service, or be asked to reschedule. -Multiple no-shows will result in a ban on booking/non-refundable booking fee not included in your service cost. *Please, if you are sick or not feeling well, reach out to reschedule.
